What is Y-Games?

Presented by NAIOP SoCal’s Young Professionals Group (YPG)

 

Y-Games is NAIOP SoCal’s signature, high-energy team competition event created by and for the participants and alumni of the Young Professionals Group (YPG). This tradition combines athletic-style challenges, themed team spirit, and unmatched networking, bringing together the next generation of commercial real estate leaders for a day of fun, connection, and community building.

 

Each Y-Games brings together YPG alumni, program sponsors, and industry professionals across Southern California for a one-of-a-kind experience that blends team-building, nostalgia, and friendly competition. Whether you're competing for bragging rights or cheering from the sidelines, the event reflects the energy, creativity, and collaborative spirit that define the YPG program.
