Job Description Summary
The Brokerage Specialist – Graphic Design role reports to the Office Manager, but whose day to day responsibilities will be working with a top Capital Markets team in the Downtown Los Angeles office. The Graphic Designers responsible for supporting visual marketing material and service line needs, as well as supporting the emergence of a shared creative services unit capable of providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates.
Job Description
Developing materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions
Developing and overseeing all creative aspects of production and quality control, reporting progress to Senior Broker and/or Office Manager
Reviewing draft presentations with Senior Broker and/or Marketing team
Finalizing creative pitches and/or proposals for distribution
Coordinating production of materials, including gathering printing bids, packaging artwork and assembling final layouts for printers; preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors; and liaising with local Marketing team as needed
Design work for client deliverables, including offering memorandums, tour books, fliers, etc.
Demonstrate a high level of creative development and production skill
Produce creative collateral to support the business, ensuring alignment with company's brand positioning from concept to final product; utilize available creative programs
Managing creative requirements, expectations, and deadlines for all projects
Support development of design strategies and ensure visual consistency for internal and external marketing projects
Design and format custom branded marketing materials including property brochures, proposals, presentation boards, flyers, e-blasts, newsletters, non-traditional signage and wall graphics, postcards, offering memorandums, pop-up banners, tour books and event invitations
Design custom brand identities for clients as needed including logos, color palettes, fonts, imagery and style guidelines
Demonstrate a high level of creative development and production skill

Managing creative requirements, expectations, and deadlines for all projects
Support development of design strategies and ensure visual consistency for internal and external marketing projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communications or related discipline
1+ years of design experience
Strong knowledge of marketing and communications disciplines
knowledge of commercial real estate industry a plus
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real estate background a plus
Ability to work effectively in a culturally and educationally diverse environment
