Ryan Dosh is a real estate transactional attorney at Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP.  Ryan’s practice focuses on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financing matters involving a number of asset classes, including industrial, multi-family, student housing, retail and office.  In addition, Ryan frequently represents investors in domestic and international commingled funds investing in real estate assets and private equity, both at the time of subscription and during the term of the fund.  Ryan also has experience representing developers and national tenants in lease transactions.

Jake Loughridge is involved in all aspects of Belay Investment Group’s portfolio management of owned assets, as well as sourcing and evaluating new investments, business plan investment execution and analysis of potential operating partners and their underlying investments. Mr. Loughridge has over 24 years of real estate experience focusing primarily on acquisitions, asset management and development and has been responsible for and managed over $1 billion in acquisitions and redevelopments at such companies as Kearny Real Estate Company, CT Realty, and Mariners Companies. Prior to joining Belay in 2016, Mr. Loughridge was a Vice President at CapRock Partners where he both managed the firm’s acquisition process and executed all asset and project management functions for a $350 million portfolio. While at CapRock Partners, Mr. Loughridge was instrumental in doubling the firm’s assets under management and transitioning its investor base from high net worth investor to institutional equity.

Mr. Loughridge received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, where he graduated with honors. Mr. Loughridge is a member of the southern California chapter of NAIOP and is actively involved within its Young Professionals Group. Mr. Loughridge volunteers his time with UCLA, USC and NAIOP in teaching and mentoring students and young professionals.
