The Fourth Annual NAIOP SoCal Awards Gala! Join us on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at the iconic Vibiana in downtown Los Angeles for an unforgettable evening celebrating excellence in Southern California's commercial real estate industry. 

This highly anticipated event will shine a spotlight on trailblazing leaders, honor their remarkable achievements and bring together an extraordinary community of NAIOP SoCal members, nominees and guests. Let’s come together to toast the innovation, dedication, and passion that drive our industry forward.

The capstone of the May 14 Gala will be the induction of Victor J. Coleman, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Hudson Pacific Properties, into its Hall of Fame. Coleman is also a dedicated community and industry leader, serving on the boards of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics, Young Presidents' Organization Gold Los Angeles, Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission, as well as its philanthropic initiative, Champion LA, and is a member of Nareit’s Advisory Board of Governors. He also serves on the Kite Realty Group Trust board and is a former board member for several other public companies, including Douglas Emmett. 

“Now in its fourth year, the NAIOP SoCal Industry Awards Gala is a fantastic opportunity to honor the best in commercial real estate in all disciplines as well as recognize many of the individuals who are making a difference throughout southern California,” said Timothy Jemal, CEO, NAIOP SoCal. “We applaud the accomplishments of all the nominees as well as our industry judges who now have the challenging task of choosing the winners.” 

 

Finally, to add to the evening’s excitement, KTLA reporter Ellina Abovian will return as event emcee.
