The Fourth Annual NAIOP SoCal Awards Gala! Join us on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at the iconic Vibiana in downtown Los Angeles for an unforgettable evening celebrating excellence in Southern California's commercial real estate industry. 

This highly anticipated event will shine a spotlight on trailblazing leaders, honor their remarkable achievements and bring together an extraordinary community of NAIOP SoCal members, nominees and guests. Let’s come together to toast the innovation, dedication, and passion that drive our industry forward.

The capstone of the May 14 Gala will be the induction of Victor J. Coleman, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Hudson Pacific Properties, into its Hall of Fame. Coleman is also a dedicated community and industry leader, serving on the boards of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics, Young Presidents' Organization Gold Los Angeles, Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission, as well as its philanthropic initiative, Champion LA, and is a member of Nareit’s Advisory Board of Governors. He also serves on the Kite Realty Group Trust board and is a former board member for several other public companies, including Douglas Emmett.
