NAIOP SoCal is the leading voice for commercial real estate in Southern California. On August 26-27, 2025 our Sacramento-based legislative partner, the California Business Properties Association, will be organizing its annual 2025 California Commercial Real Estate Summit (CCRES). This is an excellent opportunity to meet and build working relations with state Legislators and staff, educate them on legislative and policy priorities, and advocate on key bills for NAIOP SoCal and our valued Members. Briefing packets will be prepared for all NAIOP SoCal Members participating in the 2025 CCRES.

Sacramento is critical in nurturing deeper relationships with influential state legislators and talking positively about the contributions of commercial real estate to Southern California’s economy and quality of life. Your active participation during our bi-annual advocacy trips to Sacramento makes a real difference and bolsters our ability to engage with impactful policymakers. We strongly encourage your attendance at the 2025 CCRES!  

The plan is to fly to Sacramento in the late morning or early afternoon on Tuesday, August 26, and return during the mid-afternoon on Wednesday, August 27.

NAIOP SoCal will be organizing a private dinner with select state legislators on Tuesday evening, August 26 beginning at 6:30 PM.
