The Administrative Assistant position will be responsible for assisting agents in performing a variety of basic administrative, research and marketing activities including:
- Answering phones
- Word processing
- AIR CRE Forms
- Entering and maintaining listings on a various MLS databases
- Property surveys
- Use of a variety of 3rd Party databases and software
- Preparing property tour packages
- Assisting with listing proposals
- Direct mailings
- Sales packages creation and assemblage
- Basic internet research and data lookup
- Basic computer support for software applications
The available position is in our Los Angeles branch office.
Job Requirements:
Requirements include an associate degree, preferably a BA or BS in Business Administration, English, Marketing, Real Estate or related major; 1-2 years’ experience in general office, administration, marketing or a related field. The applicant should be a self-starter, highly organized, creative, detail oriented and coupled with superior customer service skills. Along with strong written and communication skills; the applicant should be extremely proficient in using all Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. The position requires a strong aptitude for quickly learning new software programs, working within a team-environment and the ability to meet tough deadlines with a positive attitude.
