West Harbor has over 20 years of investment experience in primary Western U.S. industrial real estate markets, is an experienced manager of institutional and discretionary private capital and has a proven track record of sourcing and executing high quality investment opportunities.

Position Overview

• Assist with financial modeling, including underwriting of new investment opportunities and valuation of existing portfolio
• Prepare investment presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support due diligence efforts for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Monitor portfolio performance and assist in the preparation of financial reporting
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the industrial real estate sector
• Collaborate with the acquisition and asset management teams on various projects
• Maintain and update financial databases and systems

This position is based in our Redondo Beach headquarters and is required to be in the office 5 days a week.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, high-integrity and resourceful individual with:

• 1+ years of professional experience in an analytical capacity. Experience in private equity industrial real estate or investment analysis is a plus
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity with basic financial statements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
