Job Role/Responsibilities:

• Candidate should live in LA
• Will run our 4 LA offices (El Segundo, Century City, DTLA, San Fernando Valley)
• Recruiting, retention, revenue
• Potentially take on a specialty leadership role (run calls/programs for office, retail, industrial, or investment specialists) 
• Assist with Kidder University – our internal training and education sessions
• Be a great public face for Kidder Mathews
• Report to Eric Paulsen, President of Brokerage
