Any cancellation prior to March 24th will receive partial refund. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from all refund amounts. If the request is after March 24th, substitutions may be made. If the event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled event date. Refund requests must be submitted in in writing to Becky Ezell bezell@naiopsocal.org. Please allow up to (10) business days for the refund to be processed.
