Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Intern role in Newport Beach, CA, at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services. For qualified candidates, we offer a $1,500/mo starter salary for up to 6 months as you learn how to generate your own business under the guidance of experienced agents using our state-of-the-art technology. As you develop more business contacts through diligent cold calling, both on the phone and in the field, you will become an independent contractor and work on a straight commission basis. As a new agent, if you work hard and follow the guidance you are given, you might earn up to $50,000 your first year. As you continue to generate more and bigger business, its possible to earn $100,000 and more. Your only limits are how hard and smart you want to work. Our top agents make over $1 million. As an Intern, you will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to brokerage, tenant representation, consulting, leasing, sales, and property management within the commercial real estate industry.
