NAIOP SoCal Announces 2021 Leadership and Board of Directors

Santa Ana, CA (January 11, 2021) – The Southern California chapter of NAIOP, the leading association for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate, is pleased to announce its 2021 Executive Committee and Board of Directors, encompassing a diverse ensemble of commercial real estate leadership throughout Southern California.

The NAIOP SoCal 2021 Executive Committee is led by President Rob Antrobius, Prologis; President-Elect Greg May, Newmark; Justin McCusker, C.J. Segerstrom & Sons; W. Eric Paulsen, Topside Real Estate; Mark Mattis, Madison Marquette; Fran Inman, Majestic Realty Co.; and Past-President Pamela L. Westhoff, Sheppard Mullin.

“I am honored to be named President for the NAIOP SoCal chapter. This past year was one of the most challenging in our history, impacting and changing almost every sector of our industry,” said Antrobius. “I have already witnessed the incredible resilience and creativity of our membership this past year and now look forward to working alongside our board, sponsors and members to focus on the upcoming legislative challenges facing CRE as well as continuing the strength of our hallmark business development events and educational programs.”

The 2021 Board of Directors will work closely with NAIOP SoCal Chief Executive Officer Tim Jemal who is committed to elevating the chapter’s thought leadership in Southern California as well as further strengthening the role of NAIOP within the commercial real estate industry. “In 2020 we launched a number of important initiatives, including an increased focus on diversity and inclusion. As we begin to recover from the devastation of the COVID pandemic, I look forward to accelerating our work to provide greater value to members and showcase the positive impact commercial real estate has on our economy and community,” Jemal shared.
